Our Spookfest 2025 Halloween celebration brought the Composite team together for a day filled with creativity, collaboration, and unforgettable moments. From themed costumes to exciting activities, the event showcased the strong team culture that makes every milestone even more meaningful.
At Composite, Halloween isn’t just another date on the calendar—it’s a full celebration of creativity, teamwork, and company culture. Our annual Spookfest once again transformed the office into a world of costumes, characters, surprises, and team-driven fun.
This year’s celebration proved exactly why traditions like this matter: they bring people together, spark imagination, and remind us that our team is at its best when we’re enjoying the moment as one. Rooted in connection and collaboration, Spookfest has become something everyone looks forward to—a chance to express ourselves, work together, and take a refreshing break from the daily routine.
The excitement felt bigger than ever. Teams arrived with bold concepts, original ideas, and a level of creativity that made the event feel like a full production. From costumes to character moments, Spookfest 2025 showcased the energy, talent, and camaraderie that define Composite’s workplace culture.
Horror, Fantasy, and Full-On Creativity
Horror and Fantasy have long been the signature themes of Composite’s Spookfest—and year after year, our teams find fresh ways to bring them to life. Every year, Composite’s 10 teams, including the Training department, choose two members—one for Horror and one for Fantasy—to compete for the Best Costume awards. These representatives carry their team’s spirit down the runway, showcasing their creativity and character work.
While the competition highlights the best of Horror and Fantasy, everyone at Composite joins in the fun by wearing their own unique costumes and adding to the festive atmosphere. Many VAs embraced dark, eerie looks, while others brought magical or mythical characters to life with imaginative outfits and props. Every individual put their own twist on the themes, proving that even with familiar concepts, the Composite team can push boundaries, reinvent ideas, and make Spookfest a celebration of both creativity and team spirit.
Trick-or-Treat Fun at Composite Spookfest 2025
One of the sweetest highlights of Spookfest 2025 was our Trick-or-Treat activity—and this year, it was bigger and more exciting than ever. Around 70 kids joined the celebration, all children or relatives of our VAs, filling the office with energy and laughter
Both the kids and the VAs enjoyed their share of treats, turning the activity into a fun, shared experience. Watching little ones in costume, running around with buckets full of candy, added a nostalgic and heartwarming touch to the event.
It wasn’t just about sweets—it was about connection. Moments like these reminded us that Composite isn’t just a workplace, but a community that celebrates together as one big family.

Our Spookfest 2025 wasn’t just a Halloween celebration—it was a showcase of what makes Composite truly special: creativity, collaboration, and a culture that values connection as much as performance.
