Our Virtual Assistants (VAs) undergo a comprehensive 3-week training program designed to equip them with the essential skills and knowledge required in the real estate industry:
To ensure the highest standards, all trainees are required to complete a series of tasks, tests, and a final exam. Upon successful completion, only approximately 50% of the trainees are selected to join our team, ensuring that we maintain a cadre of highly skilled and dedicated VAs.
We assign a Virtual Assistant based on your company’s needs and demands. We meticulously select your VA according to their skills and strengths, ensuring they align perfectly with your business or industry requirements.
You’ll get a full-time, office-based Virtual Assistant working U.S. hours, with all tools, training, and support provided. Each VA is backed by two Team Leaders, and we handle payroll, equipment, and security. No setup fees, just a fully managed, worry-free service.
Our Virtual Assistants (VAs) are proficient in various communication platforms. We primarily utilize Google Chat for messaging and Google Meet or Zoom for video conferencing. However, we understand that different clients may have preferred communication tools. As a flexible company, we are open to adapting to your preferred platforms. Please note that our office policy prohibits the use of personal mobile phones during work hours. Consequently, we only employ communication tools that do not require phone number authentication.
Yes, your team can use your Virtual Assistant. While you’ll be the main point of contact, your VA can also support other team members as long as tasks are clearly assigned and priorities are aligned. This setup works well for collaborative teams who want to streamline workflows and get more done with shared support.
Before going live, each Virtual Assistant (VA) is required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and undergo comprehensive security and confidentiality orientations. We prioritize security in our operations, which is why we’ve invested in a state-of-the-art facility established in 2019.
Our office is equipped with industry-leading security measures, including biometric scan-ins, surveillance cameras, backup servers, and generators. To maintain a secure environment, VAs are not permitted to bring their personal cell phones onto the production floor.
We are a 100% office-based company because we prioritize the security of our clients’ data. By maintaining a centralized workspace, we ensure that all information remains within a controlled environment and is not exposed outside the production area.
Our Virtual Assistants (VAs) are closely monitored by their Team Leaders. As you may know, each VA is managed by two Team Leaders who oversee their day-to-day activities, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to company standards.

We operate across two time zones: Eastern Standard Time (EST) and Pacific Standard Time (PST). This flexibility allows you to choose the time zone that best aligns with your business operations and communication preferences. Whether your team is based on the East Coast or the West Coast, we can accommodate your scheduling needs to ensure seamless collaboration.
Typically, there is a 3-month ramp-up period to get your processes and checklists integrated into your VA’s workflow, with the support of their Team Leader. It’s also important to note that your Team Leaders will be involved in this process (working alongside both you and your VA). All of our Team Leaders have TC experience with other clients, which helps streamline the process and get things off the ground more easily.
Composite, at this point, does not have a Part-Time offering, as we want to make sure our VAs get full-time benefits with health insurance. We also do not permit sharing a VA, we have tried this in the past with other Agents and it has never worked out for a multitude of reasons.
Usually, the VA gets overloaded and overwhelmed with 2 entirely separate businesses, or the Agents argue over VA hours and usage of time/focus. Shared VAs also tend to leave the role much sooner than fully dedicated VAs, as they are usually worked twice as hard. Composite wants to make sure your VA is in an environment where they’re energized to stay for the long-term.
Many of our clients come to us knowing they need support, but aren’t exactly sure where to start. That’s where we come in. Yes, your Virtual Assistant will have strong English skills and be comfortable communicating in both written and spoken form. Clear communication is a top priority for us, which is why we carefully vet each VA for strong language skills during the hiring process. While accents or cultural differences may come up occasionally, our VAs are experienced in working with international clients and are committed to adapting to your preferred style of communication.
You can get started as soon as you sign our collaboration agreement! Once it’s signed, we’ll schedule a prep-call to review your Job Description/Requirements and to identify the best VA fit for your needs. After that, we’ll proceed to the onboarding call, where you’ll meet your VA and their Team Leaders.
The entire process typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on the availability of top-tier virtual assistants (VAs)—specifically, those who have successfully completed our VA Training Program.
As a reminder, ALL our VAs must complete our 3-week VA Training Program, followed by a rigorous final examination, to be employed by Composite as a Virtual Assistant.
On average, we have a ~50% passing rate for our VA Training Program.
