With a Masquerade theme, the evening brought together the entire Composite family for a celebration filled with appreciation, creativity, live entertainment, and recognition. More than just a milestone event, the anniversary was a reflection of the people, partnerships, and values that continue to shape Composite’s journey.

A Night of Elegance, Mystery, and Live Music
Held at the breathtaking View Davao, the celebration featured an elegant setup overlooking the city skyline. The Masquerade theme completely transformed the venue, anchored by a grand centerpiece mask that immediately set a sophisticated and mysterious atmosphere for the evening.
As guests arrived dressed in their finest Masquerade Ball-inspired attire and beautifully decorative masks, they were welcomed by the soulful, cascading notes of a live violinist at the grand entrance. To capture the memories of this landmark night, attendees crowded around the interactive 360-degree camera station and a fun-filled photo booth while enjoying a curated pica-pica station packed with gourmet bites.
Adding to the energy of the night was the live band, who provided music throughout the celebration and brought everyone together during party time. Their performances created the perfect atmosphere for guests to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the evening with the rest of the Composite family. From background music during the program to lively sets that encouraged everyone to join in, the band helped make the celebration even more memorable.
Celebrating Talent Beyond the Workplace
One of the highlights of Composite Global Partners’ 6th anniversary celebration was showcasing the creativity of the Composite team. Outside of their daily roles, team members participated in friendly competitions that brought creativity and collaboration to the celebration.
The program featured three main creative events:
The Singing Competition: Highlighting vocal talents in pairs, duos took the mic to deliver live vocal covers, adding a wonderful musical element to the masquerade evening.
The Battle of the Bands: Bringing a dynamic group energy to the night, various team bands took the stage to perform energetic, live musical sets.
The CGP Film Festival: Showcasing teamwork and storytelling, Composite team created and screened original short films that highlighted their creative side outside of work. Featured films included The Culling, AWOL, Dream Date, Due Date, and Your Color.
Recognizing Commitment Through the 5-Year Service Awards
A special moment of the evening was dedicated to recognizing the pioneers of the organization—the team members who reached a remarkable five-year tenure with Composite Global Partners.
Fourteen employees walked across the stage to receive their 5-Year Service Award, celebrating half a decade of loyalty, hard work, and invaluable contributions to the company’s growth. Their milestone represents the kind of long-term commitment, mutual trust, and dedication that continues to strengthen the Composite family.
